Bayou Region Spring 2026 Member Meet-up

Thanks to everyone who joined the Southeast Louisiana Adaptation Forum Bayou Region Spring 2026 Member Meet-Up! Gratitude to our hosts at the South Louisiana Wetlands Discovery Center who welcomed Forum Members at their Bayou Terrebonne Water Life Museum. They even let us hang out in the room that was beautifully set up for the upcoming kids’ summer camp! The Forum also appreciated the partnership from the American Planning Association - Louisiana Chapter, whose members came together directly from a continuing education event. A goal of the Southeast Louisiana Adaptation Forum is improved regional and cross-sector coordination, and these events that allow practitioners to expand their networks are an important part of that effort. Along with bonding over great local snacks and drinks, all attendees learned more about the Forum and contributed ideas to help get the Data Science Working Group started. What a fun and meaningful afternoon down da bayou!
